One of my favorite things to do leading up to the 2018 You Are Stronger Than You Think Women's event is to host the Meet the Mentor series. This series of podcast episodes will give you a taste of the teaching you can expect the day of the event. Today's featured speaker-mentor is Ericka Young of Tailor-made Budgets. Ericka is a Dave Ramsey certified budget coach who has helped over 200 families become better money managers. Ericka and her husband Chris know the financial struggles of trying to live the "American dream". After they paid off nearly $100,000 of debt themselves they vowed never to return to that place again and to help other families "change their family tree."
In this episode, Ericka and I talk about her passion for helping families reach their financial goals and how community has helped her work her plan in her personal and professional life.
